Introducing Marya; our next-generation digital assistant living in the bottom right corner of our website, mastering our entire product range, remembering context, and trained with our corporate identity. She is no longer just a "chatbot"; she is a teammate with a memory who understands you.
Why Not a Standard Bot?
In the B2B world and manufacturing, time is money. It is inefficient for a workshop manager to wait in line on WhatsApp for simple information about package quantities. We added "Corporate Intelligence" to Marya, going beyond standard bots.
Marya provides the most accurate technical information within seconds, regardless of working hours, public holidays, or weekends; even at 03:00 AM.
Marya's Renewed Superpowers
Marya no longer just does Q&A; she follows the conversation like a human. Here are her new capabilities:
1. Smart Memory (Sticky Context)
Marya is no longer a "Goldfish". She follows the flow of the conversation.

We have zeroed out the risk of "fabrication" (hallucination), the biggest problem of AIs. Marya will never say "Yes" or "Maybe" to a product not in our database (e.g., 6mm Satin). If it's in our production line, Marya knows it. She is honest; if it's not there, she says "It's not there" and doesn't mislead you.
3. Speed and Short Answers
No one wants to read long paragraphs. Marya answers your questions with a maximum of 3 sentences, word by word, without waiting time thanks to "streaming" technology.
4. Direct Order Integration
You don't deal with complex cart processes on our website. As soon as Marya understands your order intent, she reminds you of this rule: "No cart, just speed." She redirects you directly to our WhatsApp line with the product image or information. Thus, you complete your order with human approval and zero errors.
Human-AI Collaboration
