Ready-stock standard retail products are generally prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–4 business days after payment approval. This is handling time, not a guaranteed delivery time; arrival varies by destination and carrier operations. When the order is handed to the carrier, an available tracking number is shared by email or phone. You can also track the order through your online store account or order-status page.

For eligible standard retail products, you can notify Kurdelecim within 14 days after delivery. The product must then be returned within 14 days after the notice.
