What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?+
For stock items, we ship by the box. For custom production or high-volume projects (usually over 10,000m), we offer project-based pricing. You can mix colors within a box.
How many meters are in a total box?+
A chiffon box contains 220 spools. Each spool is 25mm wide and 20 meters long. (Total 4,400 meters/box)
Do you produce sizes other than 25mm?+
Yes. While our standard stock is 25mm, our production facility is equipped to handle different width requests.
